Coating fixing
For fastening accuracy, you can stretch the cord along the outline of the purlin or beam and place the fasteners along this line. For fastening, nails with a notch are taken. The attachment point is the crest of the wave.
It is recommended to use up to 30 fasteners on the first mounted sheet, up to 20 on subsequent ones.
To prevent the sheets from swelling during temperature changes, it is necessary to drill holes for fastening 3 mm larger than the diameter of the fasteners.To avoid deformation of the sheet, it is recommended not to tighten the fastening points in the crests of the wave.
After laying and fixing the sheets, the ridge part is installed. As a rule, the ridge bar hides the first row of fasteners. Up to 12 nails are used to secure the ridge.
The device of the valleys occurs with the laying of a continuous flooring, a waterproofing layer, and then a ridge bar, the desired angle for which is created by heating the material with a building hair dryer and arching.
