Another option for redevelopment of a kitchen in an apartment or house is to move the kitchen to the living room, the room to the bathroom, and equip the bathroom in the room where the kitchen used to be, still installing a Jacuzzi or pools in the center of it. Everything seems to be fine, but if you want to build yourself a place for swimming, then it will be necessary to intervene in the water supply, engineering and sewer networks. And so, instead of a riser that everyone has in one place, the water in your apartment will flow exactly over someone's bedroom or hall.And this is strictly prohibited by the legislation of the housing code of Russia.

We take out the existing heating system to the balcony or loggia

For example, even if you have a glazed balcony, or a loggia with walls, and decide that you want to connect a radiator there, which is a common link in the heating system of all apartments, then this is absolutely not worth doing! The fact is that such interference in the heating system of apartments will violate the tightness of engineering-type networks, as well as create an additional load that is not provided for in your home. And because of this, you will find adventures not only on your own head, but also on the head of your neighbors! Therefore, this event is strictly prohibited!
