Descaling

Disconnect the device from the network. Remove the water tank. Rinse it and fill it with water and citric acid. As for the proportions - three teaspoons per allowable volume of the container (indicated in the instructions).

Important! Water should be at room temperature (not hot).

Wait some time for the complete dissolution of citric acid. After the container is returned to its place. Then proceed as prescribed by the device model. If self-cleaning is provided in the coffee machine, then everything is much simpler: the user only needs to turn it on and wait for it to complete. But if, nevertheless, there is no such function, then the algorithm of actions is as follows:

  • wait 20 minutes for the acid to dissolve;
  • start the coffee brewing mode;
  • empty the container;
  • turn off the device, turn it off, remove the tank and rinse everything thoroughly.
