And to decorate the floor, you can purchase a laminate board, parquet, or high-quality carpet. A wool carpet that contrasts with the floor will also work!
But the most striking feature of the apartment, decorated in the style of "pop art", should be some object of art.Only it should not be a banal figurine, or a copy of a painting by a well-known creator. The best option for such an object would be a wall painting, which depicts the most banal object with inspiration, for example, a can of canned sprats! Pop art style is always outrageous and an explosion of colors! And this should be remembered when the walls of the apartment are in the process of being decorated with ten different colors.
