A modern roof is a complex structure that is unthinkable without installation by professionals. Factors that determine the final cost of work:
- scope of work;
- the cost of the selected roof;
- the amount of materials needed for the work;
- the complexity of the work;
- correctness of preliminary calculations.
Stages of roof installation
Our company is engaged in performance of roofing works at any stage.
Foundation preparation. To install the roof, you need a flat surface on which the material will be fixed. If the roof should be from a profiled sheet, then the installation is carried out on a wooden crate.
Ventilation installation. To reduce the temperature and the amount of moisture in the summer, a space for air exchange of at least 3 cm is necessarily created in the roof. Two such gaps are made in the roof - for air exhaust from above and below.
Installation of eaves and pediment strips. Cornice strips are needed to protect the edges of the crate from the weather.Gables are used to protect the end elements of the roof. They are usually installed on top of the lining with an overlap of at least 2 cm.
Installing roof tiles. Works are carried out along the cornice overhangs. The tiles are placed butt-to-butt 10-20 mm from the kink of the planks.
Roof installation. The roof is placed from the center to the ends of the roof. The profiled sheet or tile is fixed with self-tapping screws or nails. If the roof has a high slope, then up to 6 fasteners per sheet are used.
Placement of ridge tiles. This tile is installed in the center of the intersection of roof slopes. Fasteners during installation are hidden by an overlap of another sheet.
